Get ready for a beautiful look inside the brand new Fargo dining establishment, 701 Eateries. The venue celebrates the heritages of the Midwest in a funky, cozy Nordic kitchen (Prairie Kitchen) and cabin (Camp Lonetree). It's all about Midwest Nostalgia and we can't wait to spend many a days here enjoying some of our favorite dishes and cocktails.
Built in 1919 as Fargo's "Acme Dairy," 701 North University Drive has been home to multiple businesses over the course of nearly 100 years. In October 2014, the building was purchased by 701 Collective and transformed into 701 Eateries.
The building features a stunning assortment of Dakota Timber Company products including everything from structural materials utilizing urban lumber and beams to the gorgeous custom wood tabletops, wall paneling and an epic bar front featuring a giant live wood edge slab.
Pretty much everywhere you look you'll see an amazing use of urban lumber. The design team at Craftwell and construction team at Gast Construction knocked it out of the park with this one!
